The 90 Day Leadership Reset
This program was developed and refined out of my own journey. Like you, I was placed in positions of leadership and influence and I wasn’t ready. There wasn’t a manual. I did not have a mentor and I didn’t understand how my past affected my present. I did not know that my own story created mental and emotional constructs that influenced how I led, and above all, I did not know I could change these these negative patterns, thought processes, and ways of operating. Like a toddler trying to force the triangle into the circle, I thought all I had to do was “try” harder. I did not recognize that there was actually a different way, that the triangle had a place. I’m glad you are here. Whether you are a parent, a friend, a volunteer, or you have an “official” title, we are all leaders. We all need guidance on how to maximize our leadership so that we can become congruent (in alignment with who we are, what we are passionate about, who we lead, and how we lead) and genuine. So how does this work?
There are three phases of 30-days to this program. Each phase has two modules lasting two weeks each. The phases move in a linear progression of CLEAR, CREATE, and CULTIVATE. It must be mentioned that every phase can be repeated. This means that you can go through the process as many times as you would like.
The modules are guides for you as you reflect, grow, develop, and change. Every module will have definitions to set the tone and to make sure we are speaking the same language. There will be videos that will educate and inform your process. There will be primary worksheets that you will download and work through. Also, there will be supplemental worksheets for additional work if you choose to go deeper. Finally, there will be suggested readings that you can access on your own to continue your journey
